This online journal therapy workshop is for any of you who have a difficult time finding pleasure in your own company. If you feel like you're at your best in groups of people, but struggle with solitude, this 90 minute guided writing session will help you articulate your complex feelings around loneliness and what it means to be left with your own thoughts.
We'll also look at ways to be at your best in your own company including creating meaningful solo dates, building more sensuality into the day-to-day, and finding creativity in the quiet.
You'll leave this workshop with a renewed sense of the power of cultivating your own peace.
