Songs in the Key of Love
I'm very excited to be sharing some poems at this intimate and romantic event featuring the original music of Chantal Barrette, Katey Gatta, and Peter Haverkamp. It’s the perfect prelude to your passionate Saturday Night.

Bringing Your Healing Into Relationships (4 Week Course)
Have you spent time and energy on your own personal healing only to find it going out the window when you're in a committed relationship? This four week guided reflective writing workshop is for those of you who have done (or are doing) the work, and want to stay grounded and centred when relationships get real. Using tools from cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, I'll help you understand the unique dynamics of your relationship and how to use the powerful tools in your kit to deepen connection and communication with you partner.
Sessions are each 90 minutes and will be held ONLINE
We'll cover:
Identifying and understanding your personal relationship schema
How schemas are activated and how we self-protect in that activation
Your attachment style
Understanding and slowing down your personal triggers
Setting loving boundaries
The behaviours most likely to create negative conflict styles
Establishing fair rules for conflict based on your unique relationship
Asking for what you need in a way that will help you get it

Journaling for Lughnasadh
Celebrate the ancient Celtic festival to honour the beginning of harvest season with this 90-minute guided journaling session. We’ll explore the history of this festival, the rich symbolism and metaphor of this time of late summer, and we’ll collaborate on ideas for creating ritual and tradition to acknowledge the beauty of gathering bounty and seeing the fruits of our intentions ripen.

Journaling for the Summer Solstice
Summer returns to the Northern Hemisphere on June 21st, and we're celebrating with a guided ONLINE journaling workshop to harness the dynamic energy that comes with this seasonal shift. We'll explore the mythology and ritual associated with this solstice in both the Celtic tradition and other traditions across the globe, and write about the symbolism and metaphor of the returning power of the light.
This workshop is in the EDT time zone.
(Workshop fees are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may apply the fee towards a future workshop or one-on-one journaling session.)

Our next in the Wheel of the Year journaling series, this 90 minute online guided journaling session will work with the bright, renewing energy of spring to help you move through transitions, set clear intentions for the next phase, and plant seeds to nurture over the months to come.

SoulCollage® and Journaling Workshop
Join us for an afternoon of visual contemplation and sacred writing in celebration of the returning light.
This two-hour ONLINE journal therapy retreat is an invitation to connect to self and source as we incorporate imagery, colour, and metaphor to enrich our writing time. Through the visual language of the SoulCollage® Process, facilitated by our guest Lenore Walker, (@4the_art_of_living and Souling® Coach), you'll discover more about your inherent and rich personal visual language. SoulCollage® is a unique collage-making experience that uses pre-printed open stock and/or magazine images (provided) and a guided practice that allows you to "discover your wisdom and change your world".
It is an accessible and easy process of visual journaling to integrate with your Sacred Pen journaling practice. This month we focus on the hopeful power of the returning light, and the preparation of internal soil for what we’d like to sow in the springtime. We'll take some time to settle in with this gentle process. No previous art-making experience is required! You'll select a few images and then enter into the sacred art of turning to wonder, using only the images at first, assembling them as you wish, followed by a simple writing prompt.
Then we'll evolve our writing more fully through the Sacred Pen journaling prompts as a personal gathering practice.
