Journaling For Your Inner Child

There's a place in all of us that still longs for the support, nourishment, and guidance we didn't receive in childhood. Whether you're new to working with your child-self, or seasoned at tending to those parts of your shadow, this workshop will gently guide you to connect with what needs to be held.

In this 90-minute session, reflective writing prompts help articulate what the child-self is craving. Memory is accessed with care in order to offer wisdom. Value and purpose are informed by the ways we loved to play in childhood. The goal is to work in the present, and create an understanding of what both inner-child work and self-parenting are all about.
