Cultivate deep self-compassion and celebrate the beautiful qualities and talents that are uniquely yours with this 90 minute journal therapy workshop. We'll examine ways to challenge negative thought patterns and actions that push us out of alignment. We'll also look at the relationship between trust in one's self and healthy relationships. By the end of this workshop, you'll have developed strategies for healthy new routines and come up with a fail-safe personal tool kit to combat moments of fear and self-doubt.

our inner monologue and self-talk - what belongs to us, and what isn’t ours
how others perceive us versus how we perceive ourselves
our values - articulating and understanding the importance of aligning
body image and where our reclaiming needs to happen
the relationship between self-compassion and growth
setting intention around the self we wish to grow into
our ages and stages of power
