This series of 90 minute journal therapy sessions explores your relationship to self and to others within the safe container of guided letter writing. Say what you've always wanted to say, arrive at closure and release past pain and anger, find your voice and unravel layers of complexity by crafting beautiful correspondence. You decide whether to keep the letters, send the letters, or offer them up in a burning bowl ritual.
Our December session involves writing a letter to 2020 and a letter to 2021.
Letters sessions are the last Monday of the month. Each letter writing session is unique, and attending a previous session is not required.
