This four-week series of ONLINE group workshops combines writing and the reflective tools of mindful cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. With guided prompts, we'll create space to connect to deeper awareness and emotion. Each workshop is 90 minutes and this space is available to men/masculine folks who would like to participate.
Some of the topics we’ll explore in this session include:
- developing strong communication skills 
- understanding and owning emotional intelligence 
- expressing your authentic sexuality and desire 
- the polarity and power of the feminine and masculine energy 
- self-regulation and tools for processing anger and frustration 
- the relationship between trust, transparency and vulnerability 
- articulating and embracing purpose
