This 90 minute journal therapy workshop uses guided prompts to explore ways to say connected and cozy through the approaching winter months. You'll create a solid hibernation plan to delve into creativity and imagination, keep your body active and health, nurture a mindfulness practice and nurture your relationships. We'll also explore tools to manage SAD (seasonal affective disorder), depression and anxiety.
