The COVID Chrysalis

In this 90 minute online journal therapy workshop, we’ll explore the COVID Chrysalis, the term I’ve coined to describe these unusual times. We’re turning within and facing a new reality. The past year has triggered a tremendous amount of change on both a personal and global scale and Journal Therapy is a powerful way to work through the complexities of this current landscape. This guided writing experience will help you develop new tools to cope with the ever-changing landscape and an outlet for creativity and self-expression.
