Reflective Writing Workshops

A Powerful Group Experience

Reflective writing workshops explore the healing power of reflective writing in an intimate group setting. Each workshop is built on a theme, and writing prompts ease participants into a personal deep-dive of the topic at hand. 

A safe container is created at the top of each workshop with breath and meditation so participants feel held and supported in the group. Sharing is encouraged, but the focus is more on sharing personal experience and what the writing reveals, rather than sharing the actual writing.
